We were in an Erasmus+ KA2 “AppRaiser” training in Country Clare, Ireland between 10 – 16 March 2019. Participants, members of the International Youth Work Trainers Guild (IYWT Guild) at the same time, discussed professional development through 360° assessment and appraisal of trainer competences. To support such professionalization, we are developing a respective online service called “AppRaiser”, of which we are testing internally the first prototypes.
