TürkçeDavut Şahin, who went to Romania with our European Solidarity Corps project “Time to Change” has come home. Davut, who was hosted by our partner, Asociatia Forumul Cetatenesc pentru Actiune Sociala si Educatie Civica in Ramnicu Valcea for 11 months, organised games and activities for the development of children and young people in primary, middle school and high school. He paid visits to the settlements of disadvantaged people, especially the Roma villages and organised fun and educational activities for the children there. He took part in the project of solidarity for nature and had trekkings and participated in the activities of collecting the plastic waste from nature. He organised trekking activities to the mountains of Ramnicu Valcea. He developed his English and learned Romanian language. He learned Spanish from his Spanish roommate. He developed himself in personal, social and occupational ways in his activity. Many thanks to Davut for his outstanding efforts in his activity.
