EPEKA were in Greece

The Erasmus+ Youth Participation “Feminine Odysseys” project of our Greek partner, Youth Active Minds, took place in Yamochori, Makria Logka, Greece between 05 – 12 August 2024. With 4 young people and 2 youth workers from EPEKA and participants from Greece, Italy, Portugal and Romania dealt with the gender inequality in small societies and the tendency of women to leave villages and migrate to big cities. The participants in the activity found the opportunity to develop an individual set of skills, including communication, critical thinking and teamwork in an intercultural environment. Also the participants developed their expressive skills and came closer to theater and art in general. At the end of the activity they organized a theatre show related to gender issues.
