As part of our European Solidarity Corps Volunteering Teams in High Priority Areas project “SEAL – Sustainable Environment for Aquatic Life,” funded by the European Commission, we dedicated the final day of our seabed cleanup with scuba again to Hamsiyolu, a coastal area that also accumulates a significant amount of waste. We recovered numerous items from the water, including plastic bottles, tires, fishing nets, and food packaging.
