Exhibition: “Through the Lens of the Other”

You can watch our virtual exhibition about the migration stories of refugee children in Sinop, which was supported by the Erasmus+ KA3 European Youth Together project “Through the Lens of the Other”.

You will also witness the stories of the children from Afghanistan and Iraq who fleed from the war, experienced death of the people and met the difficulties and challanges in their early lives in the exhibition of which the curator Rita Soussa from Portugal.

Next you can watch the whole film “Araf / Purgatory” which is about their stories, directed by Aziz Oğuzhan Sümer. The film was screened in Athens in Positively Different Short Film Festival in amateour category in 2020 and had great appreciation. In the film, children told their stories by drawing at the same time.
