Participants, members of the International Youth Work Trainers Guild (IYWT Guild) at the same time, discussed professional development through 360\u00b0 assessment and appraisal of trainer competences. To support such professionalization, we are developing a respective online service called \u201cAppRaiser\u201d, of which we are testing internally the first prototypes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>For more
