Our Erasmus+ KA2 Adult Work project “Sharing Best Practice of Cultural Diversity as a Tool in Global Adult Work” is starting with Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain and EPEKA Turkey. In the 2-year long project, there are face to face meetings and e-mails a project to pool knowledge, build capacity, showcase positive examples of best practice, develop and pilot new ideas and thinking and to share widely our results in a Good Practice Guide on Social Enterprise and Cultural Diversity as a Tool in Adult Work. The objectives of the project are to increase the partner and participant expertise and knowledge, enable through transnational co-operation the ability to share, learn and pilot new ideas and with active dissemination, share the lessons widely beyond the partnership at both general and key target audience level.<\/p>\n
