The Erasmus+ Training Course project \u201cBeyond the Mirror \u2013 Shaping Your Mind\u201d, coordinated by our Spanish partner, Asociacion Building Bridges, took place in \u00c1vila, Spain between 29 May \u2013 5 June 2025, with 24 participants from Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Portugal, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, France, Greece, Spain and EPEKA T\u00fcrkiye. The activity developed participants’ understanding and critical thinking skills about digital tools, artificial intelligence, and media platforms, addressing their impact on body image and self-perception. They created a collaborative space where participants from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds could share their experiences, develop new skills, and build lasting networks. They also experimented with creating both print and digital versions of communication campaigns to raise awareness about topics such as the ethical use of artificial intelligence and our understanding of social media standards.<\/p>\n
