Through this activity, at least 100 women will be reached via women\u2019s groups and micro-credit cooperatives active in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Volunteer teams will support life skills education, focusing on communication and interpersonal skills, decision-making, problem-solving, critical thinking, stress management, self-awareness, self-esteem, and time management. These sessions will be delivered using non-formal education methods and tailored training materials to respond to local needs.<\/p>\n<p>In parallel, the activity will promote women\u2019s economic empowerment through entrepreneurship development. Volunteers will organize workshops on business planning, marketing, and financial management, as well as mentoring sessions with successful women entrepreneurs.
